About SupportExams
A certification exam costs between €100 and €300 and a month of evenings. The decision that matters is not which course to buy — it is whether to book it yet. Almost nothing in the preparation market helps with that decision, because almost nothing in it is willing to tell you that you are not ready.
SupportExams exists to answer that one question honestly. Everything else here — the questions, the mock exams, the explanations — is in service of it.
What we do differently
- We publish the method. The readiness figure is ordinary arithmetic over your attempt log, and the whole thing is written down on the readiness page, thresholds and weightings included, so you can disagree with it.
- We say when we do not know. Below a certain amount of evidence the product refuses to give you a number and tells you what is missing instead. That refusal is the reason the number means something when it does appear.
- We publish what we have checked. Every exam blueprint carries the URL it came from and the date a person verified it. Where a provider publishes nothing — Google does not publish a passing score for the Associate Cloud Engineer exam — we leave it blank rather than inventing one.
- We grow slowly on purpose. A hundred questions somebody wrote and checked beats ten thousand nobody read. Every certification page tells you exactly how many questions are behind it, including when the answer is none.
What we will not do
- Reproduce real exam questions, or accept them from anyone.
- Claim a pass rate, a guarantee, or a probability we cannot evidence.
- Invent testimonials, user counts or partner logos.
- Imply a relationship with a certification provider that we do not have.
Where it is going
Today: AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. The data model is built around Provider → Certification → Exam Version → Domain → Topic precisely so that adding Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, CKS), HashiCorp Terraform, CompTIA, Cisco, Linux Foundation is a matter of importing a blueprint and writing questions, not of changing the application.
Nothing appears on this site as available until it has a verified exam guide and reviewed questions behind it. That is slower and it is the only version of this worth building.
Who builds it
SupportExams is a Conjora Limited product, built and run from Ireland. It is a small operation — which is why the email address below reaches a person rather than a queue.
