Questions people ask
Is the free tier a trial?
No. 20 practice questions a day, with the full explanation on every one, with no card and no end date. What it does not include is the things that only mean something across many sessions — full mock exams, readiness tracking and weak-area practice.
Does Pro cover every certification?
Yes. One subscription covers every certification on the platform, including ones added later. There is no per-exam pricing and no bundle to work out.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page, in Stripe’s own billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your history is not deleted when you cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
If the product is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund it. We would rather refund somebody than argue with them.
