Is the free tier a trial?
No. 20 practice questions a day, with the full explanation on every one, with no card and no end date. Free accounts also get a readiness reading — your stage, how much of the blueprint you have evidenced, what is holding you back and what to do next. What Free does not include is the volume and targeting that serious preparation needs: unlimited practice, timed exam simulations, weak-area practice, mistake review and your readiness journey over time.
Does Pro cover every certification?
Yes. One subscription covers every certification on the platform, including ones added later. There is no per-exam pricing and no bundle to work out.
What does Pro actually change?
Free tells you where you stand. Pro gives you the tools to move: as many questions as you want, sessions aimed at the domains readiness says are holding you back, a review of every question you have got wrong, full-length timed simulations proportioned to the exam blueprint, and a record of how your readiness has moved over time. It does not change how readiness is calculated — the method is the same for everyone.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page, in Stripe’s own billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your history is not deleted when you cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
If the product is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund it. We would rather refund somebody than argue with them.
