Terms of service
Using SupportExams means agreeing to what follows. It is short, and it is written in the same voice as the rest of the product.
What we provide
Original practice questions, explanations, timed mock exams and performance tracking for technology certifications. We provide it as it is, and we try to make it good. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and we do not guarantee it is free of errors — which is why every question has a “something wrong with this question?” link and why we act on those reports.
What we do not promise
- We do not promise you will pass. Nobody honestly can. A SupportExams practice score is not an official exam result and does not use the provider’s scoring model. It measures how you performed on the questions in this product.
- We do not reproduce real exam content, and if you are looking for that, this is the wrong product. Using recalled exam questions breaches the provider’s agreement with you and can cost you your certification.
- We are not the certification provider. SupportExams is an independent certification preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, or any other certification provider. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Your account
- One person per account. Do not share your sign-in.
- You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
- You must be 16 or over.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Free and paid
The free tier includes 20 practice questions in any rolling 24 hours, with the full explanation on every one. It is not a trial and does not expire.
Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or annually through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and cancelling does not delete your account or your history.
Refunds: if the product is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund it. This is in addition to, and not instead of, your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
We may change prices. If we do, existing subscribers keep their price until their next renewal and we will tell them before it changes.
What you may not do
- Copy the question bank. Scraping, bulk-downloading or republishing our questions and explanations is not permitted. They are our work and they are the product.
- Share an account or resell access.
- Attack the service — automated abuse, attempts to reach other users’ data, or anything designed to degrade it for other people.
- Submit other people’s exam questions to us. We will not use them and it puts your own certification at risk.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will say why.
Who owns what
The questions, explanations, software and design are ours. Your answers and your progress are yours — you can export them at any time, in full, as JSON.
Certification names, exam codes and provider names belong to their owners. We use them to identify which exam a question prepares you for, which is nominative use, and for nothing else.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including an exam fee, time spent studying, or a certification not obtained. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
